Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantum Services website, Discord communities, dashboard, alerts, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Quantum Services", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or joining our Discord, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What we provide
Quantum Services provides retail and reselling intelligence, including deal and price-error alerts, online and in-store flip opportunities, finance and rewards content, and in-house retail monitors covering supported retailers. Access is delivered through our Discord community, Discord webhooks, and a web dashboard.
We provide information and tooling. We do not buy, sell, ship, or fulfil any retail product, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a retailer.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Quantum House and Quantum House All-Access memberships are sold and billed through Whop. Standalone services are billed through our payment processor. Your purchase is also subject to the terms and policies of whichever processor handles it.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects your renewal, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Quantum House All-Access is a single total monthly price that includes the Quantum House membership. It is not billed in addition to Quantum House.
4. Refunds

5. Acceptable use
Your access is personal to you. You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your access, alerts, or content to anyone else, including by mirroring alerts into another server or group, except under a signed wholesale agreement with us;
- Share account credentials or allow another person to use your account;
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract our content, feeds, or monitor output;
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or our infrastructure;
- Use the Services to break the law, to violate a retailer's terms, or to harass, abuse, or defraud anyone;
- Use automated means to overload or disrupt the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this section without refund.
6. Community conduct
Our Discord communities are subject to these Terms, the rules posted in the server, and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict participation, or remove members at our discretion.
7. Wholesale and group partners
Reselling-group owners who wish to make the Services available to their own members require a separate wholesale agreement with us. Wholesale terms, pricing, permitted services, retailers, and member limits are set in that agreement, which prevails over these Terms where the two conflict. Nothing in these Terms grants a right to resell or redistribute access.
8. No guaranteed results and no financial advice
We do not guarantee that any deal, flip, restock, or opportunity will be available, profitable, or successful. Retail pricing, stock, promotions, and listing errors change constantly and are outside our control. Your results depend on your own decisions, timing, and execution.

Opportunities, eligibility, rewards, and terms vary by provider and by individual. No financial outcome is guaranteed. Consider seeking advice from a qualified professional before acting.
9. Service availability
We work to keep monitors and alerts fast and reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or changes made by third parties such as retailers, Discord, or our hosting and payment providers. Retailer coverage, monitored sites, and features may change over time.
10. Third parties
Quantum Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, or any other retailer, brand, or financial institution referenced in the Services. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party sites and services, including Discord, Whop, and retailers.
11. Intellectual property
The Services, including our software, monitors, dashboards, content, branding, and alert formats, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Services to you would create risk for us or other members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost purchasing opportunities, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Services or our Discord. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
